CellMag Magnetic Base / PowerMag High-Efficiency Magnetic Column

CellMag magnetic bases can be used in magnetic bead cell sorting systems from different manufacturers. The magnetic base contains a high magnetic field for separating magnetically labeled cells in either positive or negative selection workflows.

This magnetic base is designed for use with 12 x 75 mm (5 mL) polystyrene tubes and the PowerMag high-efficiency magnetic column.

Warning: for safety, users wearing a pacemaker should remain at least 30 cm away from the magnetic base. Electronic devices affected by magnetic fields, such as computers and phones, should also be kept away to avoid demagnetization.

PowerMag magnetic columns can be used in magnetic bead cell sorting systems from different manufacturers and are designed to improve magnetic bead sorting efficiency.

Compared with workflows that do not use a magnetic column, cell sorting with PowerMag can achieve more than five times higher efficiency.
