From a 2 mL blood sample to a CTC report in about five business days

Good Future's current CTC testing workflow begins with a 2 mL blood sample. Fasting is not required, but collection, storage, and transportation instructions should be followed to protect specimen quality.

At the laboratory, the sample undergoes preprocessing, cell enrichment, immunofluorescence staining, automated microscopy, and image review. These steps are designed to reduce background blood cells and preserve candidate cells for interpretation.

Reports are generally delivered in about five business days and include a result summary, representative cell images, and phenotype-related observations.

The report is intended to support discussion with qualified healthcare professionals. It does not replace pathology, imaging, or other standard diagnostic procedures.
